What does "HRDF claimable" mean?
Employers registered with HRD Corp contribute to a human resources development levy. When they send staff to eligible courses run by a registered training provider, they can apply to claim the training cost from their levy — so upskilling can be fully funded.
How do I claim training costs through HRD Corp?
In brief: confirm your company is registered with HRD Corp, obtain a quotation from us, submit a grant application through HRD Corp's eTRiS portal before the training date, attend the training, then submit your claim after completion. Our team assists with the supporting documents at every step.
Do you offer in-house corporate training?
Yes. All our programs are available as public sessions or in-house training delivered at your premises anywhere in Malaysia, customised to your team's needs.

How do I get a quotation?

Which companies contribute to the HRD Corp levy?
Under the PSMB Act 2001, Malaysian employers in covered sectors with 10 or more local employees are required to register with HRD Corp and contribute a monthly levy of 1% of employees' wages. Employers with 5 to 9 local employees may register voluntarily at a 0.5% rate. Check with HRD Corp for the latest coverage rules for your industry.
When must the HRD Corp grant application be submitted?
The grant application must be submitted and approved through HRD Corp's eTRiS portal before the training begins. Applications made after the training has started are generally not eligible, so plan at least a few working days ahead. We provide the quotation and course details you need for the submission.
What is the group size for in-house training?
In-house sessions are arranged based on your team size and training needs. Contact us with your headcount and we will recommend the right format and provide a quotation.
Can training be conducted on weekends?
Training dates are scheduled based on trainer availability and your company's preference. Let us know your preferred dates when you enquire and we will confirm the arrangement.
What languages are the courses delivered in?
Our trainers can deliver sessions in English, Malay or Chinese depending on the course and audience. Tell us your preferred language when you enquire.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes, participants receive a certificate upon completing the training, which also supports your HRD Corp claim documentation.
